I'm Neil, owner and operator of Phlotographs. As well as being a school music teacher for 23 years, I have been a photographer, videographer and drone pilot since 2017.

Now located in the beautiful region of Southland in New Zealand, I can provide you a full real estate package including photography, video, drone, 360 walk through, 3D model and floor plan. I am Part 102 RPAS certified for NZ. I am fully insured and can provide you with a risk assessed and legal flight to capture the images and videos that you require for your project.

I am part of the Preferred Photographers Pro programme with CubiCasa and can produce you highly detailed, industry standard floor plans with fixtures and fittings in colour or black and white.
